David Luton acquired a building on Hatton Wall in 1969, and David Luton Jewellers was established. He named the building Sapphire House, after his favourite gemstone.

David himself ran the business, together with his beloved Rayner, creating a personal yet professional business, serving the local community and fellow members of the trade.

David Luton Jewellers is a trusting, reliable and compassionate business, serving many generations.  Today the business is run by David`s son Andrew Zelkin and together with his very experienced and professional team, David Luton Jewellers continues the same traditions as originally started by David.

We are not your average jeweller.  We care about our clients, we care about our products, and we always aim to deliver the best service experience by going the extra mile. Having also acquired our National Association of Jewellers membership, our clients and fellow business associates can rest assured that we trade with honesty and integrity.

  • Andrew Zelkin

    OWNER

    Andrew leads the business with a natural talent for building relationships, known for his energy, approachability and genuine ease with people. He consistently goes above and beyond for every client, with a belief that no job is ever too big or too small.

    A hands on leader, he places people at the centre of everything he does, fostering long standing relationships across generations. Alongside this, he has built a strong international network across both trade and private sectors, helping shape the business into the respected company it is today.

  • Olive Weitsz

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    Olive is an essential part of the David Luton Jewellers team. She began her career in Kimberley, South Africa in 1986, building expertise across fine jewellery, gemstones, diamonds, watches and collectables. After moving to the UK in 2009, she expanded her experience across retail, pawnbroking and wholesale.

    With decades of experience and a reputation for professionalism and exceptional customer care, Olive brings depth and stability to the business. Since joining in early 2022, she supports the day to day running of the company, ensuring every client receives the highest level of service.

  • Nathan Clifford

    EXECUTIVE

    Nathan has been in the business for three years and has a large network of trusted diamond dealer contacts across the UK, along with close connections in Antwerp, Belgium. His network enables him to source specialist diamonds and stones quickly for our clients, whatever the request, and he has a strong understanding of diamond quality and value developed through hands-on experience. Alongside running the company’s online store, Nathan continues to learn and expand his knowledge of jewellery manufacturing every day.

  • Daniela Nanii

    CAD TECHNICIAN

    As CAD Technician, Daniela transforms ideas into detailed 3D models for bespoke jewellery, working from sketches, client concepts and existing pieces. Using advanced modelling software and 3D scanning when required, she develops precise designs ready for production, as well as adapting and restoring pieces with accuracy.

we have been based in the same Hatton Garden location for decades, becoming a trusted and familiar presence within London’s jewellery quarter. Our longstanding history reflects a commitment to quality, expertise, and service that has been built and maintained over generations.
